- We collect customer name, verified mobile phone number (used for secure OTP login), delivery address, selected city, and order purchase history.
- On Android Mobile App devices, we may collect basic device identifiers and optional Geo-Location parameters.
2. Geo-Location Access & Delivery Partner Sharing
- We may request permission to access device Geo-Location (GPS) to determine serviceability and exact doorstep address coordinates.
- Live location coordinates are shared with assigned delivery partners/riders exclusively during active order delivery to guide routing.
3. Online Payment Security & Processing
- All online payment transactions (UPI, Cards, Banking, Wallets) are handled directly via PCI-DSS compliant secure payment gateways.
- We do not store or process sensitive raw card credentials, CVVs, or bank credentials on our servers.
4. Data Usage & Security Safeguards
- Customer data is used strictly for order fulfillment, morning slot delivery dispatch, OTP SMS verification, and customer support.
- We do not sell, rent, or lease personal customer information or location data to third-party advertisers or external agencies.
5. Cookies & App Local Storage
- Essential cookies and local storage are used to persist selected delivery city, active cart items, and login session tokens for a seamless experience.
